PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
As of June 1 Paragon Management Group has been contracted with Grand Lakes HOA. We are looking forward to their assistance and guidance as we establish revisions to our Bylaws and Covenants from the original Developers. Working under the direction of the Board of Directors Paragon will be responsible for maintaining the financial records, processing delinquent accounts, paying bills, preparing tax filings, drafting the yearly budget, and preparing monthly financial reports. In addition Paragon will be helping us work with the current developers as utilities, open spaces and roads are transitioned to our HOA.
