Welcome to the neighborhood! On behalf of the Homeowner's Association (GLHOA) we would like to welcome you to our neighborhood. The current Board of Directors and committee chairs are listed below in case any questions should arise.

Upcoming activities, announcements, committee projects, HOA meeting minutes, covenants, subdivision maps, etc. are all available on our community website, www.grandlakeshoa.com. Join our Facebook group for more community involvement and communication.

Please ensure that you have a copy of the covenants of your phase of the neighborhood. If you did not receive them at closing, you may request a copy through our contact page. Unfortunately there are several versions of the Covenants, however we are working to bring all Covenants up to date and aligned. Be advised that any external improvements / additions visible from the road, including fences, and pools must have prior approval by the Architectural Review Committee. (Essentially, if it needs a permit, it needs approval by the Committee) We are working to improve the process with applications and an approval process.

We have recently contracted with Paragon Property Management Company, and will be incorporating them in our day to day processes. We are looking forward to their assistance and guidance as we establish revisions to our Bylaws and Covenants from the original Developers. We are creating a Covenants Committee that will review all of our existing Covenants and set a process for requests, revisions and appeals. In addition we will be creating a Landscape Committee as well as a Holiday Decorating Committee. All are welcome to join and participate as much or little as you wish.

All residents are reminded that the speed limit within our subdivision is 25 miles per hour. Please help us protect our children, bikers, etc. by obeying the speed limit.

HOA DUES

$350/YR Due by January 31st. Payable to Grand Lake Homeowner Association. (We will be providing a link to pay online in the near future)

TRASH COLLECTION

Starting this year 2021, you will be able to sign up for an HOA exclusive price for Waste Management Services. It is your responsibility to call (866) 909-4458 or email Kenneth Reynolds kreynol2@wm.com. Make sure you are getting the correct price for our HOA, prices are Al-a-Cart and paid by the individual owner.

$11.50 /mo. 1 - 96 gallon trash picked up once a week

$3.50/mo 1 - pickup per week of yard waste

#3.50/mo 1-96 gallon Recycle pickup Biweekly (every other)

Trash pickup is every Wednesday and Recycle is every other Thursday. (1 free large junk pickup per week - call ahead)

MAILBOXES

You may purchase and have your mailbox installed by calling Duggins Co. Inc. (502) 966-5774. We suggest you do so before closing on your new home if your contractor has not already done so, as they may be backed up.


Access to the Member Directory is secured. Only HOA email addresses in our system will be able to download.

Make sure to fill out the Questionnaire below, so that we can add your email to access secure HOA Documents and the Directory. (You will be given the opportunity to Opt-Out of the directory)
